Take a look around JassMind at your own pace. Click the highlighted areas or “Next screen” to move through the pictures.
This is an example you can click through, not the actual app yet. The pictures show prepared results. The buttons take you to more pictures; they do not calculate anything or count points.
The actual app with all its functions is now available on the App Store and Google Play. We keep improving it, so it may look different or offer more than this example.

From the first hand to the last trick
An app for the questions that matter at the Jass table.
Scan your hand or choose a photo. The large shutter stays usable even with moving hands. Check and correct the recognised cards.

Choose forehand or “Partner has pushed” in Schieber. Compare expected point leads and simulated card majorities. An opening card is suggested when you are the opening player.

Practise all eight supported Jass variants with freshly shuffled cards against computer players. Tap the question mark to ask the coach and learn from your round review.

Count won cards with the camera. Track points, melds and Stöck on your slate, with your target score and multipliers.

Swiss-German or French cards
JassMind shows AGMüller’s official Jass cards, with Swiss-German or French suits. Choose your deck in Settings: card images, suit names and card recognition follow your choice.
The classic deck of German-speaking Switzerland, with Under, Ober and Banner.

For everyone who plays Jass with French cards. The app names suits and cards just as they appear in your hand.

A big thank you to AGMüller for providing the official Jass card graphics we may use in JassMind.

Step 1 of 8: Review your hand
After a scan or photo, JassMind shows your recognised hand. Check the cards, then calculate the recommendation.
The demo starts after recognition and uses the same sample hand throughout.

Several popular Jass variants.
Choose your variant before analysing. JassMind remembers your choice on your device. Available features depend on the variant.
Strategy and scoring
Compare allowed contracts and choose whether pushing is an option. The score sheet tracks your game with targets, multipliers, declarations and Stöck.
Strategy and scoring
Compare remaining fields and jokers with your chosen factor table. Your Coiffeur sheet keeps eight or ten fields for each team.
Strategy and scoring
Get a points announcement for the known trump or compare all four suits. Record announcements and results: the app scores the difference and your agreed exact-hit bonus.
Strategy and scoring
Include previous bids when estimating your next bid. Your score sheet handles bids, card points, Weis and counters; the simulation assumes conventional bidding.
Strategy and scoring
Enter eight cards and analyse your hand for a game with two or three active players, including awarded Weis and Stöck. With two players, eight cards stay in stock. Scoring supports two to four players.
Strategy and scoring
Play with three or four people: five negative and five positive rounds, or a final Domino round. Strategy compares openings for the current scoring rule; the sheet keeps your points.
Strategy and scoring
Three to six people play individually. Simulation accounts for trump established during play, hand Weis, table Weis and Stöck. The score sheet applies your selected rules.
Strategy and scoring
Play with two stacks of nine cards each per player. Compare allowed calls for your stack and keep both players’ points up to the agreed target.
Obenabe and Undenufe, plus Slalom, Guschti, Mary and Mitte complement the trump suits. You choose which contracts are allowed in Schieber.
Hand analysis estimates unknown cards through simulation. In Play, practise all eight supported Jass variants against computers. Card counts and play depend on the variant. House rules may differ; Handjass and Bieter are not supported yet.
Made for the Jass table

Optional local AI explains the recommendation in words. After a one-time model download, it works offline on supported devices.
One more round of questions
All features and app updates are included in the one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, additional in-app purchases or ads. Optional AI is included too; it needs a supported device and a model download.
Yes. In Play, practise all eight supported Jass variants against computers and review the deal afterwards. Practice covers one deal rather than a complete match. Sidi Barrani and Pandur start at the final bid, without a full auction.
Expected point lead is your average score minus the opponents’ score, including multipliers and enabled bonuses. It determines the order. The percentage counts rounds with at least 79 card points, excluding those additions. A more frequent card majority therefore does not always mean a larger point lead.
The large shutter stays available with hand movement once the camera is ready. Focus guidance helps without blocking a photo. You can switch off the scan light. Check the recognised cards; covered ranks, strong reflections and blur can make recognition harder.
JassMind supports official German-Swiss and French AGMüller Jass cards. Strategy and scorekeeping cover Schieber, Coiffeur, Differenzler, Sidi Barrani, Pandur, Guggitaler, Molotow and two-player Schieber. The variant overview explains the rules and scope for each.
Card recognition, strategy, practice rounds, scores, statistics, quizzes and reference chat work offline. App updates, optional model downloads and voluntary reports use the internet. Game features remain available without a model.
No. JassMind compares simulated deals of the remaining cards. It helps you assess your hand, but does not know the other players’ cards or the game’s outcome.
